Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZK Digital website and the ZK Digital software ("Software"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software you agree to these Terms. This is a template and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.

1. The Software

ZK Digital is a self-hosted enterprise digitalization platform delivered as a release package that you install and operate on your own infrastructure. We do not host your data or operate your deployment.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, who is the seller of record for your transaction and is responsible for billing, tax collection, and receipts. Your purchase is also subject to the Merchant of Record's terms.

3. Licensing

Licenses are one-time, perpetual, and bound to a single machine fingerprint unless issued as a portable trial. Use of the Software is governed by the End-User License Agreement.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software without written permission.
• Do not circumvent, remove, or tamper with the licensing mechanism.
• Do not use the Software in violation of applicable law.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZK Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
