Refund Policy

We want you to evaluate ZK Digital with confidence. A free, no-purchase trial is available so you can validate the Software before buying. This is a template and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.

1. Try before you buy

The standard release runs as a 14-day evaluation with no license installed, and a portable trial license is available on the trial page. We encourage you to use it.

2. Refund window

Because purchases are handled by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy), refunds are processed through them and subject to their policy. We honor refund requests made within 14 days of purchase where the license has not been abused.

3. What is not refundable

• Requests made after the refund window has elapsed.
• Cases of licensing-mechanism circumvention or redistribution.
