This Privacy Policy explains what limited personal data ZK Digital processes and why. We practice data minimization: we collect only what is needed to deliver licenses and respond to inquiries. This is a template and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.

1. What we collect

• Purchase data: handled by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy). We receive an order reference, edition, and the email tied to your purchase.
• Activation data: your legal company name, machine fingerprint, and activation code, used solely to issue your signed license.
• Contact submissions: name, email, company, and message when you contact us.

2. What we do not collect

The Software is self-hosted; it does not phone home. We do not receive your business data, and there is no remote telemetry or remote license revocation.

3. Payment data

Card and billing details are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full payment information.

4. How we use data

• To generate and deliver your license.
• To provide support and respond to inquiries.
• To detect and prevent abuse (e.g., trial farming, activation brute-forcing).

5. Retention

We retain entitlement and issued-license records for the life of the license for support and audit.
